I bought Samsung S4 mini on contract with cell in October 2013 and within 28 days it was broken. It wouldnt switch on and sent it back for repairs and i was told that they can't give me another phone they have to send it for repairs and i'll get back after 4 to 6 week. After 5 weeks i got the new one, it's hardly a month since i got a new one it's giving me the same problem. I phoned them and they informed me that they will have to send it back for repairs and i'll have to wait another month until i get my phone back which is really not fair as i'll still be paying my monthly instaments. I asked them whether i can change my contract as it is still new and take another phone because clearly this one has problems and i was told that i cant take another phone and that there's nothing they can do. I have been a loyal cell c customer for 6 years and im really disappointed.
