I booked my Blackberry in for repairs at Cell C Pavilion Westville. I was told by the consultant that it was still under warantee. A few days later I received a message from the technical dept to say it would cost me R447.17 and that I must either accept or reject the message. I went back to the Pavilion and reminded them that the phone was under warantee only to be told now that I neglected and damaged my phone. I know that my phone is very well looked after. I was then told that I would be receiving photos via email, of the phone to prove negligence on my part. I am still waiting for the photos. It has been nearly 3 weeks now and they are adamant that I must pay for the repairs. I dont know what to do
