I have given my phone in for repairs on the 31st of January 2013 at Cell C Menlyn. The lady told me it will take 21 working days, to date i have heard nothing from Cell C Menlyn. When phoning the repairs department last week, they informed me that my phone was send back a week ago. And it is beyond economical repairs. Now tell me, that phone was bought on contract in July 2012, should i just go buy a new phone, because for some odd reason these people think i have a lot of money to waste on cell phones?
And why hasnt the store contacted me yet?
