Customers not able to load airtime. Systems broken

I bought airtime for my 88 year old mum. Have been trying for days to load the airtime. After calling the call centre I am told every time that the back end systems are not working. I must keep trying every 15 minutes in the hope that it accepts the request to load airtime. Sadly I have not yet been successful in getting airtime loaded for her.
Again I called the call centre about a half an hour ago and asked to speak to someone who I can make a formal complaint to. I was given another number to call, which I did and I explained the problem I am experiencing. I was again put back to the call centre.
When asked, the call centre agent could not provide me with the full name of the call centre manager. I am told its Monica with no surname. the Supervisor, LIndiwe Hlngwane, also unavailable and in a management meeting with all the other management team. Hence, no representation on the floor for escalations and complaints.
I was however given an email address, namely ( [Email Removed] I am confident this does not go through to the manager, who I had originally asked to speak with.
Is it to be fixed today or do I go to another network to get my mum connected and contactable?
