On the 11th February 2013, at 09;57 am, I called Cell C direct to follow up on my delayed iphone 5 contract. I spoke to a consultant called Godfrey Mangena whose general attitude was one of unwillngness to help. I explained to him that I received an sms from Cell C indicating when I would be receing my phone - a fact which he vehemenly denied-whu would I make up stuff like this when I have proof af the sms received from Cell C. At the point where I felt that the conversation wasn't getting anywehere, I asked to please speak to a supervisor. Godfrey became abusive and swore at me (' You') and put the phone down on me. I am sure that Cell C will have a recording of the conversation
It is frustrating enough that Cell C cannot deliver the iphone 5 as promised, but to be on the recei ving end of a most disrespectful and vulgar consultant is absolutely disgusting!!!
Being a Cell C subscriber for the last 10 years, I am appalled at the lack of customer loyalty and im seriously considering cancelling my 2 upgrades for which I am still waiting!!!
My local Cell C store has stock of the iphone 5 -how is it that I still have to wait for my phone??
