Horrible service

We have 2 existing contracts with 8ta- took out 2 more. The first bill arrived with an R800 charge for "Termination of Admin fee" - I emailed 3x (no response) - called the 180 number which rarely works from a landline, by this time I was angry and told them that if this extra amount was debited on my banking account I would cancel ALL existing accounts with them. They lodged a complaint and we were called within 48 hours telling us that the store where we had applied had made a mistake and that they would debit this amount and it would DEFINITELY not go off our bank account - we even received an sms stating this - low and behold (no surprise really) it did go off at midnight last night! The Kolonade branch of 8ta is supremely incompetent - we had to go back to this store 4x times to get the contracts going in the first place - the number wasn't ported, documentation was lost etc etc.
This is disgusting service and the poor people answering the call at the service centre are the ones that always take the flack for the incompetence of their colleagues! 8ta is so difficult to contact - its an almost impossible mission!
