I finally received my upgraded iPhone a week ago and went through the process of doing a sim swap because of the nano sim that the iPhone uses. After many calls to the call centre on trying to activate my cell they finally said "it will work in an hour". 24 hours later and neither of my phones are activated now - I phone call centre again to be told I have to go to a cell c outlet. The people there tell me Cell C hasn't activated my batch of nano card so will have to buy a new one but - wait for it - they'll only have stock next Friday!! So not only do I have no working mobile, but I have to purchase another card and can only do so in a week?? The worst service in the world, Cell C.
