Misinformation regarding iPhone 5 availability

My iPhone 4S ia broken and I need a new phone ASAP as it is used for business purposes. I don't want another phone because it syncs with my iPad. The upgrade callcentre let me understand they have the iPhone5 in stock. I decided to go to the Vodacom Outlet and was helped by Tebogo. Even though I wanted the cheaper, 16G phone I had to take the 64K phone because that was the only one that is available. I received a quotation from him. I was informed that it will be ordered on Monday and will receive it today. Today I was firsly told no phones are ordered and second person that ALL iPhones are on backorder. Three people, three different stories. The Manager offered to phone around for a phone. No news yet. Your callcentre as well as store misinformed me. Worst is about 2 months ago a lady at the shop failed to tell me that I need to pay a cancellation fee if I want to change my databundles. Seems this store just can't get it right. How long must I wait for a phone now. I use it for work emails and my calender is on my phone. I don't use a diary because my iPhone works for everything. Now I dont know when I will get one. I would cancel the contract if I could.
