Upgrade with stock which is faulty

Since I did an upgrade on 5/3/13, I still don't have use of my phone or contract. The iphone 5 first didn't want to charge which Vodacom sent to repairs via an OBF form. After begging, screaming etc. I received my phone again from them (the OBF phone) two weeks later. Vodacom didn't want me to check the phone in their store, but at home when I opened it, the screen was faulty. I took the phone back on 23/3/13 (one day after I received it). It appears that the screen was broken on the inside. They said they'll collect a new phone at the Menlyn branch either on Monday or Tuesday. When phoning Menlyn, they weren't aware of the issue with my iphone with the Kollonade. They then phoned the Kollonade branch and only then did they phone me to tell me they'll pick it up on 27/3/13 in Sunnyside, but I'm welcome to collect it myself in Sunnyside. They don't even care that I didn't had use of the phone or contract for the full month, but are just too happy to collect their money from me at the end of the month. This is truly unacceptable. How can I get two faulty iphones from the same outlet within 2 weeks, and then they refuse to help me? I need answers.
