line has been cut, contract was never cancelled, calls logged with ticket ID's for the last 6 months, no calls returned, not service for 5 months, still paying.
The service from cellc is shocking, pathetic, obstructive and devious.
The offers are the only tactic to get you on, but the service, i am actually so disgusted, a service provider as pathetic and so rude,! i am at my wits end.
and the worst of all is that CellC cannot call me, because my line is blocked.
i have 87 clients due for upgrades, MTN, i have been using you for 6 months as a trial, as Cell C could not provide a service, and your service is just plain perfect.
