Let's try again. Another CellC report. I have complained about CellC on numerous occasions in the past few weeks and I have still yet to see a positive outcome. The network in my area is close to non existent. i have 2 contracts with CellC and neither of the sim cards can pick up a decent network. The network technician has been out twice already and it was noted that the network in plain terms, "" Here I am faithfully paying for a service that I am not receiving. When I complain on Cellc they respond saying that I will receive a call. Well, that's all I ever receive. Pathetic!! I don't receive follow up calls or solutions or suggestions or nothing. I want both my contracts with cellc cancelled and I want a refund for the service for the past 7 months. It's a new year for 's sake. Sort the out. I want a call from cellc to discuss the cancellation of my contracts and my refunds. Enough is enough now. I have had all I can take.
