CellC puts themselves first, not their customers!!

After having 5 contracts at one stage and upgrading many times I was told with my last upgrades my contracts were no longer available so I had to choose more expensive contracts, having no option. The contracts are definitely not more beneficial as I was told. Airtime is definitely better. With minutes you can't phone 086 numbers which most companies use now. Now we are suddenly told unlimited BIS is no longer as well. The reason my kids have Blackberries is for the unlimited BIS. I still pay BIS but the 1 gig and 2 gig is not enough so yet again I have to fork out more money cause CellC changes things as they please, not considering us but themselves. I think this is shocking. Who comes first? Cell C does!!! I was told I'm the first to complain! Told her not bother logging a complaint as they have NEVER phoned me nor EVER given me my credit. I now have to wait til the end of my contracts to move to another network that sticks to what they advertise. Blackberry advertises unlimited BIS but Cell C do as they please, even if your contract included BIS!! I'm horrified that their customer isn't King and they don't consider our budgets. SHOCKING!!
