No Vodacom reception in Lephalale

Vodacom

I have to run a business and to do that I need clients and to connect with clients I need telecommunication. Vodacom in Lephalale is suppose to supply this, but for the last day and a half, there is no Vodacom reception.
Fix this problem and give me credit on my account for the duration this problem continues. I cannot pay for service if their is none.
