Virgin Mobile call centre agents dont seem to be capable of capturing information or understanding requests. I have called in so many times to get line managers to call me back to resolve the SAME complaint that was logged MONTHS ago.
Shocking, Shocking, Shocking!!! Worst customer service i have ever experienced. I would never advise people to join Virgin Mobile!
As for the people responsible - Thepiso is just plain rude on the phone and Kagiso never logged the request that i asked for.
