Good day,

I cant believe that you have to wait 3 month for Cell c to deal with a query, this is shocking.
Some detail that is need to get this all resolve is not even valid on the device anymore, it has taken Cell C so long.
I want cell C to meet me half way with the credit that I feel is due, so that I can get the account paid. I have called twice in the last two days and each time I get told that it will get escalated and someone will come back to me but nothing happens.
I have spoken to Cell C on the 01-06-2013, 07-08-2013, 08-08-2013, 12-08-2013, 13-08-2013, 14-08-2013, twice on the 20-08-2013, 21-08-2013 and again today. I have stopped payment and yet still this is not resolved, what do I have to do to get this resolved?
