Isaiah Maponya calls me to tell me that my contract issue has been sorted out and yet I still sit with 2 lines. minutes before his call comes in, I get an sms to say that I have been recharged with control chat airtime... when this was the very thing that was supposed to be sorted out. Do you guys not care??? your service levels are shocking! shocking shocking. Can I please get my money back that you debited and lets rather cancel this contract as a whole. come and collect your phone too please. I cannot be at the mercy of a s&^%y network that doesnt value the very customer who enables their brand to grow!!!
