My name is Desiree Lues, I have phone MTN Direct. I have 2 lines with MTN and I was looking for a additional line. Fatima in the call centre assisted me on the 18th of March, today is the 20th of March and I haven't had any feedback. I have to phone them to ask what is the outcome.
