I am so disappointed with Unipin its not even funny. I bought a pin voucher yesterday to date I still have not yet recieved my voucher. Because of your incompetence, ingorance and lack of problem solving, my whole family was with out electricity. My freezer is going off because of your lack of service provision. I want this problem solved asap. I dont know who though of starting up your company but who ever did might as well close. I will never puchase unipin again I would rather puchase from Blu Label telecoms than buy from your stupid company again.
