On the 18th of March i made a claim, because my car has been damaged by hail storm, the consultant said that they will contact me within 3 days and if no one calls me, i should call them back which i did on the 20th of March and they told me they are busy appointing an assessor hopefully by friday they would have appointed someone. till today i haven't heard anything from their side instead i have to call them everytime. I haven't received any feed back with reference to my claim.
