I sent my bb9300 in for repairs 6weeks ago, i phoned them everyday for the past 4weeks! nobody can tell me where my phone is and if its being repaired or not! then finally last week thursday a guy by the name of Sipho called me and said to me that i would receive my handset on friday latest by monday! it is wednesday and i stil have not received my phone yet! when you call headoffice all they can say is that they have escalated the problem but they do not know anything same thing at the lenasia branch! all that guy said was that hes escalated the problem n furthermore he cannot do anything! im so frustrated and so angry with cell c n autopage! i cnt even begin to explain my frustration! customer service means nothing to cell c n auto page clearly or they wdve done smtn by now! if it were vodacom id have my phone after 3 weeks!!!
