Very Poor Customer Service

I had contacted CellC Direct (084145) and completed my application telephonically and forwarded my documents on 04/06/2013 via fax. I was assisted by Phindiwe, who first lost my documents, and thereafter also forgot to add the additional data bundle I had requested. I then spoke to Tebogo on 11/06/2013, and forwarded my documents to him as well, who also failed to capture them on the system. I contacted the call centre again on the morning of the 13th and was transferred to Phindiwe who I faxed my documents to again, together with copies of the 2 previous confirmations as proof that they were faxed through successfully. I thereafter spoke to Bongani (Supervisor) who promised me that he would call me on the 18th and that I will definitely receive my Cell Phone on the 19th or 20th. I haven't received any calls from him to date. Called the Call Centre again this morning (19th), spoke to Bongani only to find out that the phone has not been dispatched yet. The service I have received so far has been ridiculous. I'm still awaiting delivery of my phone after 10 working days, 6 calls and approximately 3hrs spent talking to various Call Centre agents as well as their Supervisor.
Hopeless!!
