Changes to my existing Contract

At the end of February I purchased additional 100MB of data "online" to my existing Talk 120 per second billing contract that includes 110 MB Data during daytime as well as 110MB "Night Owl" Data. At 1 March I checked online and discovered that Vodacom cancelled my 110MB data that was part of my 24 months contract and just add the additional 100MB data. I queried about it on 1 March (Friday) and they said they first have to investigate my contract, but will inform me at the latest on Monday (2 working days). Monday past and I phone the 082 111 number several times and eventually after about one whole morning, i got hold of Vodacom, but the poerson (Shivon) that i initially have spoken to was not available. The other person said she will phone me back. 0n 5 March I raised another query via e-mail and a mail was forward to me on the 6 of March informing me that they are very sorry and will inform me within 2 working days. It is now already the 11th of March halfway through the month and I haven't heard anything from Vodacom at all.
