Very very slow in their feedback disgusting

Dear peter, i have applied for an additional line at mtn musgrave more than a month ago. only until i call musgrave yesterday they tell me that the application has being declined. this is wat i ordered a samsung phone model no s3500 & dv300f camera whisch is R129 a month. Kapil and his managemen team promised that i would get this contract irrespective of me already having a line with them existing. my phone was due for upgrade last week i now have a z10 which im paying R400 per month i dont seem to indentify wat is the problem me not getting another line? they did tell me that theres problems with their systems and it will be sorted out, I WANT THIS CONTRACT WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT IF THEY CANNOT GIVE ME THIS CONTRACT I WILL CANCELL ALL MY CONTRACTS WITH THEM ASAP. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS URGENTLY AND PROVIDE URGENT FEEDBACK TO ME!!! RANDEEV RAMPERTAB 078 169 2522
