Fri.15 March, I wanted to upgrade with Cell C Direct, after many phone calls, I got through to the call centre and placed my order with Luando. All my details were taken, but was not offered a simswop or told that the phone ordered uses a microsim-card. I received the phone on Tues.19 March at approx. 14h00, but without a new simcard. I tried for the rest of the afternoon to get through to the Cell C Direct Call Centre, and only got through to Excellent at the the Call Centre after 16h30. I explained that no simcard was sent with the phone, that they needed to send it, he proceeded to make arrangements for delivery the following day. No delivery took place on Wed. 20 March. I spoke to Luando late on Wednesday to give him an alternative address for Fri. 22 March, as 21 March was a public holiday and I was not available on 22 March at the initial address given for delivery. No delivery took place on 22 March. Tried contacting Luando on 22 March to follow up, no luck.
E-mails were sent to him to return my calls, which he never did.
The delivery of the simcard took place on the afternoon of 25 March, and now needs to be activated. No answer at the call centre after 2 days. Pathetic!
