In January I applied for an ADSL line to be installed in my home in Nelspruit and the call centre took my instructions and I was advised the line would be installed by the end of March. End of March arrived and was told by the call centre, that all the lines are pulled up when a telephone is disconnected and these lines have to be relaid end of April. End of April Call centre advises that Telkom have no budget for new lines. Telkom office in Nsp say Oh Yes your line is next to be installed end of week! Today Call Centre advises that there is no infrastructure! end of June! It took a friend in Cape Town 2 days to have an ADSL line installed! Nelspruit is the Capital of Mpumalanga its not a country village! The Call Centre told me to get a 3G system! I DONT WANT A 3G SYSTEM TELKOM! This complaint will be published in the Lowvelder.
