I'm sooo fedap with this service. I have all the blackberries on the market and all are equally pathetic!!! I bought July 2012 a new berry bold only to discover that he was not working properly and then come DECEMBER 2012 got a new blackberry bold contract!!! (since by the saleslady its the best since sliced bread with NO problems) because i could not go on like that. starting of January 2013 the phone starts dropping calls .. signal change from 3G to SOS to EDGE .. whats gonna happen if something happens to me and i can not phone out .. operation continue to fail!!! EK is!!! If Vodacom can not do something properly DONT DO IT!!! NOW I must check in my phone at a centre- so they can send the phone away and I am put up with the inconvenience of being without a phone after my account is over R2000 a month!!!
