VODACOM - worst service ever

I upgraded on 12 January 2013. The consultant (Gerhard - Polokwane Cycad) explained that I have a 7 day out of box failure. On the 19th of January 2013 (7 days later) I was back in the shop with the faulty phone (Blackberry Bold 9900). I filled in the OBF form but he wiped my phone and told me to go and test the phone. It was fine for about a week. Now that the phone is still giving lots of problems, Irene (regional Manager) said that Vodacom will send it to Blackberry to see if it will be refunded and exchanged with a new one. This will take about 14days. According to her it can't be an OBF because from Saturday to Saturday is 8 days!!! This is not the only line I have with Vodacom, and this is the way they treat customers complying by their rules. I want a new phone.
