I have a contract with vodacom.
Last year september i received my new blackberry 9380.
14 January 2013 i took the phone to vodacom to have the blackberry button and the return button repaired as it was not functioning properly.
Yesterday, 30 January 2013, vodacom delivered a blackberry 9380 to me. I was under the impression that it was my phone which was repaired, however upon opening the package i was suprised to see they had issued me with a refurbished blackberry.
How the is it possible for them to issue me with a refurbished phone if if my phone is still under warranty as it is not even 6 months old.
I called them requesting my old phone to either be sent back to me or for vodacom to issue me with a new blackberry 9380.
the service the produce is ing pathetic as they now want me to come back to vodacom to give them back the refurbished phone and wait another one month before they return my phone, hopefully one month as they unable to give me a date as to when my phone will be ready and in the mean time what am i suppose to well use?
If the phone is still under warranty why can they not supply me with a new phone?
