AFTER 3 DAYS STILL NO HELP WITH BROKEN PHONE!

I complaint about a broken phone which i received like that from the day of delivery at Bayport. After plenty of phone calls and having been sent to Cell C with also no help at all, I still sit with the broken phone and nothing has been done! I got a call from a Maggie Theron from Smartcom yesterday the 19th and she PROMISED me Smartcom will come and pick up my phone after they got the info from Bayport. I sit the whole day and waited at work and nobody came to pick it up. I MYSELF had to phone and cause I coudn't get hold of Maggie Theron a lady "PAULINE" told me that there is no way it will be picked up cause there is no drivers. SOOOO howcome Maggie Theron phone and promised this??? Pauline promised me Maggie will phone me today in the morning. She did not and I had to phone Maggie and ask what is what? She promised me that she will phone me back and she never did! I had to phone her and she does doesn't answer her cellphone and completely ignore me. I will take this further now seeing that nothing will be done to solve this problem!! Where on earth did you ever see such bad service??? I must pay for a broken phone which is been broken since delivery??? NO WAY!
