Still waiting for our route

My wife and I ordered a wireless router on an MTN internet package. We went into the store on the 5th to give all our documents. The promotion started on the 7th of march. On the 8th we went in again to sign the papers etc. They informed us that they dont have the router at a store and they have to order it from head office. We asked how long it would take to get to the store. They said three working days. After a the three working days we went back to the store but it hadnt arrived yet. So yesterday they phoned us to let us now we can collect the router. Today (20 March) we went to the store. When we got there we were informed that it had not been activated and that we couldnt have it now. The lady told us that she called head office repeatedly to activate it. But to no avail.
