I called in to lodge a claim for damage which occurred during the storm on Sunday (06-01-2013). the Agent Maggie G was nothing short of awesome with her service. she was pleasantly helpful, jovial yet professional and made my problems seem almost nothing. She is fanatstic at her job and she has really made me feel confident that my move to Auto and General has been the best thing i have ever done.
most people only write to complain bu i believe that when someone is good they need to be commended. i would like to commend Maggie G on her great attitude toward me (the client) and it was clearly evident that Maggie knew her products as she was able to answer my questions with ease and provide assistance with what seem to be no effort at all.
i only wish there were more consultants like her and if all auto and generals staff conduct themselves with the grace that maggie does i am, certain that this company will have a very prosperous 2013 and years to come. thank you maggie for your help... it has been an absolute pleasure doing business with you.
