E-opening my account

On the08/08/2013 i went to festival mall to re-open my account, the lady who was assisting me it was Maggie, she put me through to their call and i was toll they need to confirm employment but unfortunately the was no respond since it was late, i was told to go and get my 3 month bank statement which is i did when i come back Maggie told me that it's no use to have the bank statement since she forgot the guy she was talking over the phone, so had to do it again, but the second time i was told there is no need to confirm my employment, so the card was unblocked, so they tried to link the card but it wouldn't allow and they had to phone again and inwas told to come the following day since they won't assist me, that was wait for 2 and half hours. On the 10/08/2013 went to jet hoping that i will get the card as being told, Maggie she was not working Roslyn she was the one who was going to assist but on the 1st time she was also there so she new what was going on, she tried to link the card but it was still giving them the same error, so the problem was not solve when i ask to speak to the manager he asked kgomotso to help me instant of the manager and i still do no have the card
