I think for such a big company to have such bad service is sad. I called Altech Supercell on the 18/03/2013 to report 4 faulty lines. They transfer my call to technician dept and i have been holding on for more then 15 min with no answer. I then call again 6 times after that. Everybody i spoke to transfer my calls to someone and NO ONE can assist or dump the phone in my ear.
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE CALL ME TO SORT OUT OUR PREMICELL LINES.
we are running a business and 4 lines are down and NOT GETTING any service.
