I ordered a power adaptor from Core Group. It arrived a few days later but by then I'd fixed my faulty adaptor and no longer needed the new one. I contacted the call centre, I contacted them through the istoreonline web shop enquiries form, I emailed the person in charge of returns.
NO RESPONSE. I contacted them daily and then threatened to go public with this terrible service. 5 days later I was CC'd in an email to the courier company to collect my product. Still nothing directly to me. Courier company eventually came and collected the product. A few days later, the courier company shows up out of the blue again and gives me the product. Inside is a note saying, "No damage, product works fine."
Now I am trying in vain to contact them to get the thing returned again and the silence is deafening. What kind of an online shop is this? What kind of a company is this? Read here for scary reports:
It's no wonder they don't respond on Hellopeter, they don't even respond to their customers.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ISTORE, ZASTORE OR ANY OTHER OF THEIR SITES.
