We log calls for them to fix our lines as we cannot hear any one on one of our lines!! every time a technician comes out they say that we must just wait the problem will be fixed and they never repair our lines, we pay for these lines to WORK!! this has being on going since the begining of march and it is now unacceptable!!! this needs to be sorted out NOW!!! we are running a busniness and because of TELKOMS poor servcie we are now not providing the standard of service to our clients.
