Our lines have been down since the 7th of May. I have been calling religiously everyday, I have got endless reference numbers and been told lines are being worked on, and faults are being repaired, however our lines are still down, we are trying to run a business. This is beyond frustrating, every time I call in, the matter has been escalated, however, it has not been repaired, when I call in again, lines are tested and found to be faulty. I am beyond frustrated and annoyed. This is ridiculous. Please can someone do something
