BAD FOR MY BUSINESS

This whole process was terrible.
i applied for a Telkom Switchboard the 28 Nov 2013
They only installed it in jan 2014
So this annoyed me as my business depends on my lines.
now that it has been installed - i find that I am not able to transfer calls on this board
I can't pick up calls on any of the lines except the main phone and one line can't make calls but can receive.

surely before the technician left he should have made sure all this works the way it should.
