Please anybody assist -- iPhone Repai

Hi There,

I booked my iPhone 5 in with Vodacom in Vodaworld on the 21st November 2013, was initially told the phone was no longer in warranty as it had a few drop marks etc, when the phone was assessed i was told that my phone would be exchanged as its still in warranty with the same make and model, which was fine.

I went today to fetch the exchanged phone, 28 November 2013, only to find it was not tested as per the standard QA process, as its giving the same problems (tested at vodaworld), so now i need to wait another 48 hours, for a replacement, i requested i get an insurance claim done (which can't be don't i was told) as i really needed my phone back and wanted to walk out with a phone, as that was what i was there to do, as now i don't trust the iPhone 5 model and would like to get a the Latest model for safety sake (out of the box) as this will be my 2nd replacement this year.

Please can anybody assist?
