I am writing to you today in hopes that you can help me find resolution to my problem.
My father who is now deceased, copywrote a lot of his music with Gallo. Since his passing I have not been able to find his papers as at the time of his passing it was rather chaotic and a lot of important papers went missing.
My father held a ton of his music at Gallo and when I tried to contact them to find his file, they told me he does not appear on their records. They put it down to his account being very old and that the older files are sometimes misplaced or misfiled.
In any event, they say they cannot find it.
I am very upset by this as this is not right. Either his records have been misplaced, or perhaps someone has paid money to make them vanish. As my family can be that way, it would not be impossible.
I am hoping to find someone who can help me here. Those records must be there, as my entire life I was physically present when those recordings took place in his studio and it was a point of discussion between my father and I for years. This is just not possible.
Please, if there is anyway I could ask your assistance in this matter, it would mean the world to me.
