Still waiting on contracted data service & device

I applied for a data bundle package deal over two and a half weeks ago, the MTN sales assistant who helped me with my application phoned back two days after my application advising me that my new data contract with MTN SP has been approved.

Its now been three weeks and I have not yet taken delivery of my new device or data bundle; I cannot begin to express my utter disgust with MTN's service of late. I also unfortunately renewed my voice contract with them in middle February this year and equally cannot express my regrets in the experience I've had in that instance.

MTN should decide if they wish to contineu in the telecommunications business or not. Their general service via their network and client interface is non-existant.

Shame on you MTN, I deeply regret being associated with your network.
