FNB not helping me

I have been a client of FNB for a couple of years. I can say that I dont regret moving to FNB but at the moment I am really not happy.

First thing is that I have applied for the iPad 2 device in 2011 and was happy being able to get the device. I must say it was an awesome idea and promotion. I have then applied for the iPhone 4 towards the end of last year and was declined. I can assume this is due to my credit record not being in good standard due to past bad experience. In January 2013 I am called by a consultant of FNB for a data bundle contract with CellC and I am approved for this. I am told by the consultant my data, not used, carriers over every month but my statement shows different and CellC confirms my data does not carry over.

Why am I getting different information here?

I hope somebody can explain.
