Allegedly cant put a call limit on account!

This is the second time I have had a problem with Virgin Mobile telling me that they cannot assist me with a problem. My subscription for my contract is R320 a month, yet every month I get a bill of R600 or more, so I phone in to put a call limit on my account. The operator tells me that he cannot put a block or limit on my account, I must try and determine myself when I have reached my call limit, and that my call limit of R1150 cannot be changed. In other words, they cannot stop my billing until it reaches R1150! I mean if I wanted to pay R1150 I would have taken a contract of that amount! How is it impossible to put a limit or change the limit on my contract? That is absurd, against my right as a customer! So in other words,
I just have to keep paying R700 a month, even though I only planned on spending R320? And what if I cant pay that amount, then you are quick to black list, etc, even though that is not what we agreed upon... No Virgin Mobile, that is not on and completely unfair! All other networks allow you to put a block on your account on a certain amount, why cant you? Not a happy camper at all! :-(
