I still have not received any response from MTN other than the acknowledgement of my complaint. Not only have I had shocking service from MTN, my "new" Nokia that I received in JAnuary 2013 is giving me major problems and I was told by MTN Blue-Route that the phone would have to sent away for 2 weeks leaving me phoneless
