Pathetic Service - Waiting over 3 months for phone

On 2013-01-25 my daughter's contract ph, a BB, was robbed from her. As the contract holder I blacklisted the ph, ITC ref. no. 13291652. On 2013-01-31 the ph was recovered. On 2013-02-10 I faxed the unblacklisting form to Cell C. My daughter took it to Blue Route on 4 March 2013 for repairs. They handed her a 2nd hand Nokia to use. She was not given any forms or a ref. no. On 2013-04-07 I went to Cell C Blue Route to enquire, they said it was being held at the repair centre as it was still blacklisted. I completed another unblacklisting form and handed in at Blue Route on 2013-04-11. They scanned and mailed it. On 2013-05-15 Cust Serv mailed an unblacklisted form which I completed, scanned and mailed the same day. It was still not unblacklisted. We complained and were contacted by Ruth on 10 June 2013. She informed us the phone was unblacklisted on 22 May 2013 and would now be returned to us. On 14 June I received an SMS informing me that the phone was now handed in to the technician and received reference no. CLC933747. I contacted the repair centre and spoke to Denver. They have never worked on it as it was blacklisted and I could expect it back next Thurs. It's now 3 mths. No ph
