I have had a Major Problem with my medical aid these last couple of years but at least they respond to my Queries. I sent a complaint with all the relevant paper work through on the 13th of November 2012. I received a response the same day from the Judiciary Department that my complaint has Merritt and my medical aid has 30 days to respond or could ask for an extension. Middle January 2013 I queried my case via email weeks went by no response, more emails and phone calls in February 2013 no one answers a phone or responds to my emails. It is almost the end of March 2013 and still no answer via telephone or email. I am so fed up for the lack of response and communication. If the case is still being investigated or something at least LET ME KNOW!!! I live in Cape Town> Their in Hatfield, Pretoria. I just want an answer!! do I have to wait forever???
