I was at Mtn Blue Route Mall last week to upgrade. The phone I wanted was not in stock and the gentleman said they would receive a new batch by Wednesday 27th for the latest but he would call me to let me know. I have not yet received a call and decided to ring them back myself. I have been trying for THREE hours and the phone rings and rings and after a while gets cut off. This is not the first time I have tried to contact them with no response. I had the same problem a few weeks ago and I eventually got through after 2 days. MTN Blue Route PLEASE CONTACT ME!!!
