NO response to complaint (10/3/2013) Service?

Still no response from Vodacom om my coplaint lodged on HelloPeter, 10 March 2013. No calls received as promised by vodacom!!! Worst service ever. Here is my previous complaint:
Good Day. I have upgraded in December 2012. After several calls to the the 111 number and useless advice. Pres this, type that etc etc I still do not have MMS Settings. On the 7 March a service consultant told me that their system does not detect my Nokia Lumia 920 but still shows that I am using a Nokia N96. After being reffered to Nokia careline I still do not have the settings. Nokia said Vodacom should give me the settings. WHY DOES VODACOM SUPPLY HANDSETS AND DO NOT HAVE SETTINGS!! After spending time with several consultants I have just waisted my time. Bad bad service...
