Pathetic Service from MTN in General

Good Day

I upgraded on Saturday the 9th and Returned the faulty Z10 on Saturday the 15th - i was told i was out of my 7 days exchange warranty! firstly the sales person didnt say to us 7 days from the day you got it including the day you took it out! i was not issued with a collection number nor was i contacted regarding the status of the phone or warranty assesment it was booked in for! im actually so angry at MTN that i didnt even want to be in contact with them, therefore my Fiance has on my behalf seeked help from the people that respond on facebook but they too also just choose who to assist and who not to! this new top up 500 package starts tomorrow! can i cancel this and cancel my contract completely with MTN as i am tired of your pathetic service!

Its soo difficult to find anyone that can assist you - i also request not to deal with the Mall @ Carnival Branch anymore! im much happier dealing with the store at east rand mall!
