Hi,
i have been dealing with Vodacom Norwood Mall for more than a week now with regards to my new phone,
my phone was last week saturday and i claimed from insurance on the monday, the tuesday they accepted my claim and then went into the store to get my phone, they didnt have it in stock so it was ordered.
every day there was a new esxcuse on why my phone was not delivered to the store. It has been over a week now that i have no recieved my phone, i have been uncontablable for almost 2 weeks now due to this poor service.
I went there today, the phone has still not been delivered to the store.
i am at the point where i want to cancel my contract and move to a new provider.
this is un acceptable and not on.
