Application for 2 Contracts

I went to 8ta at East Rand Mall, Boksburg to apply for to of the same contracts that is currently being advertised everywhere. I filled in the application form and it was said that she would immediately load it onto the system and she will contact me as soon as its been approved. I've called the call centre several times regarding this matter and they said to me that I need to contact the branch and find out there. So I was very upset because that branch does not have a land line number and the cellular telephone number that is on as a reference does not even work. Its permanently on voicemail. So my fiance & I went to the branch on Monday the 8th of April to find out whats going on and how far the application is going. When we stepped into the shop there was said that the application form was not processed because there is no stock available. They didnt even ask me for my identity number to check on there system. We only then realized they didnt even make an effort in helping us finding an answer only saying "hang in there, we will let you know" & that they are not sure when they will get stock. And its been more than 72hours already.
